摘要
以十二胺、氯乙酸和氢氧化钠为原料,通过亲电取代反应合成N-十二烷基亚氨基二乙酸二钠(C_(12) H_(25) N(CH_(2)COONa)_(2)氨基酸两性表面活性剂。采用傅里叶红外光谱表征其结构特性,并通过接触角等研究其应用性能。结果表明,该Y-型氨基酸表面活性剂具有较好的表面性能,其临界胶束浓度CMC为1.27×10^(-3) mol·L^(-1),临界表面张力γ_(CMC)为30.61 mN·m^(-1),在石蜡片上的平衡接触角为55°。乳化时间264 s,最佳pH值使用范围为5.2~9.5,产物一氯乙酸可控制在20 mg·L^(-1)以下;且经过后处理可控制产物的无机盐含量,经过两次酸洗可使体系盐含量低于1%。
N-disodium dodecyliminodiacetate(C_(12) H_(25) N(CH_(2)COONa)_(2) amino acid amphoteric surfactant was synthesized by electrophilic substitution reaction using dodecylamine,chloroacetic acid and sodium hydroxide as raw materials.Fourier infrared spectroscopy was used)Characterize its structural characteristics,and study its application properties through contact angles,etc.The results showed that the Y-type amino acid surfactant has good surface activity with a critical micelle concentration of 1.27×10^(-3) mol·L^(-1) for CMC and 30.61 mN·m^(-1) forγ_(CMC),an equilibrium contact angle of 55°on paraffin sheets,the emulsification time is 264 s,the optimal pH range is 5.2~9.5,and the monochloroacetic acid can be controlled below 20 mg·L^(-1).The inorganic salt content of the product could be controlled by post-treatment,and the salt content of the system could be lower than 1%after two acid washes.
