摘要
随着中国社会经济的快速发展,社会主义市场经济体制一直在不断完善。为了能够有效适应激烈的市场竞争环境,国有企业一直在进行不断改革,随着国有企业改革的深入,员工与企业之间必定会出现各种矛盾。为了有效保证国有企业的稳定性发展和社会的稳定性,做好国有企业的信访维稳工作是非常重要的环节,文章通过分析国有企业信访维稳工作过程中所出现的问题提出相应的改进措施。
With the rapid development of China’s social economy,the socialist market economy system has been constantly improving.In order to effectively adapt to the fierce market competition environment,state-owned enterprises have been carrying out continuous reform.With the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,there will be various contradictions between employees and enterprises.In order to effectively ensure the stable development of state-owned enterprises and the stability of society,it is very important to do a good job in maintaining the stability of state-owned enterprises through letters and visits.By analyzing the problems in the process of maintaining the stability of state-owned enterprises through letters and visits and putting forward corresponding improvement measures.
