基于动态博弈理论的PC构件供应链利益协调研究

摘要 近年来装配式建筑在中国建筑行业中迅速发展,装配式建筑中的PC构件工期短、批量化生产、环保节能等显著特点与中国建筑绿色化战略相符合。以单独大型PC构件供应商及两个总承包商所构成的二级供应链为研究对象,分别在分散决策和集中决策两种决策模式下基于Stackelberg动态博弈理论建立供应链利润模型,研究表明:同等条件下,供应链节点企业集中决策比分散决策总利润更高。运用价格折扣模型对分散决策下节点企业利益进行协调,确定价格折扣率的范围,能够有效减少总承包商PC构件的订货成本,增加供应商的利润,从而达到对供应链利益协调的效果,实现节点企业双赢的目的。 In recent years,prefabricated buildings have developed rapidly in China′s construction industry.The remarkable characteristics of prefabricated PC components,such as short construction period,mass production,environmental protection and energy saving,are in line with the strategy of green buildings in China.The large PC component suppliers and two general contractors are the research objects,which are decentralized decision model and centralized model on the basis of Stackelberg dynamic game theory to establish profit model of the supply chain under the same conditions.The price discount model is used to coordinate the interests of node enterprises under decentralized decision,determine the scope of price discount rate,which can effectively reduce the order cost of PC components of the general contractor,increase the profits of suppliers,so as to achieve the effect of supply chain interests coordination and achieve the win-win goal of node enterprises.
