摘要
目的:探讨大学生完美主义与学业拖延之间的中介机制。方法:采用学业拖延量表、完美主义量表和学业自我效能感量表对贵州师范学院600名大学生进行调查评定。结果:(1)积极完美主义在年级上存在显著差异,消极完美主义不存在人口学变量上的差异,学业自我效能感与学业拖延在性别和年级上均表现出显著差异;(2)完美主义与学业拖延、学业自我效能感两两显著相关;(3)积极完美主义可以正向预测大学生学业拖延,而消极完美主义则负向预测大学生学业拖延,完美主义可以通过学业自我效能感的中介作用间接影响学业拖延。结论:大学生学业拖延不仅受完美主义的直接影响,还能通过学业自我效能感的中介作用间接影响大学生学业拖延。
Objective:To explore the mediating mechanism between perfectionism and academic procrastination in college students.Methods:600 college students in Guizhou Education University were investigated and evaluated by academic procrastination scale,perfectionism scale and academic self-efficacy scale.Results:(1)Positive perfectionism has significant difference in grade,negative perfectionism has no difference in demographic variables,and there are significant differences between academic self-efficacy and academic procrastination in gender and grade;(2)Perfectionism is significantly correlated with academic procrastination and academic self-efficacy;(3)Positive perfectionism can positively predict college students'academic procrastination,while negative perfectionism can negatively predict college students'academic procrastination.Perfectionism can indirectly affect academic procrastination through the intermediary effect of academic self-efficacy.Conclusion:College students'academic procrastination is not only directly affected by perfectionism,but also indirectly affected by the mediating effect of academic self-efficacy Students'academic delay.
