摘要
柴桂是樟科樟属植物,其枝叶富含天然植物精油,在我国天然分布狭窄,自然种群稀少。本研究首次在麻栗坡地区发现了小型天然柴桂种群,并对其种群结构进行调查,同时采用萃取法结合GC-MS对其精油化学成分进行分析。结果表明,该柴桂种群为增长型结构类型,具有良好的发展潜力。柴桂种群中叶精油共有6种化学型,分别为芳樟醇、柠檬醛、丁香酚、石竹烯、甲基丁香酚、苯甲酸苄酯,以柠檬醛为主。其中甲酸苄酯型是目前在我国樟属植物中尚未报道的主成分类型。6种类型中共计鉴定化学成分71种,其中烯烃类23种(占总精油种类32.4%);醇类12种(占16.9%);脂类与烷烃类各7种(占9.8%),酚类4种,醛类3种,酮类与有机酸类各2种,醚类1种。因此,该柴桂种群精油化学成分多样,具有多种优质化学型类型,在樟属植物精油良种筛选中具有极大潜力。
Cinnamomum tamala is a Cinnamomum plant of Lauraceae.Its branches and leaves are rich in natural plant essential oils.Its natural distribution is narrow and its natural population is rare in China.In this study,a small natural C.tamala population was found in Malipo area for the first time,and its population structure was investigated.At the same time,the chemical components of its essential oil were analyzed by extraction and GC-MS.The results showed that the population was an increasing structure type and had good development potential.The chemical type of essential oil in this C.tamala population is mainly citral.There are 6 chemical types of essential oil in the middle leaves of the population,namely aromatic alcohol,citral,eugenol,caryophyllene,methyl eugenol and benzyl benzoate.Among them,benzyl formate is the principal component type that has not been reported in camphor in China.A total of 71 chemical constituents were identified in the 6 types,including 23 olefins(32.4%of the total essential oils);12 alcohols(16.9%).There are 7 kinds of lipids and alkanes(9.8%),4 kinds of phenols,3 kinds of aldehydes,2 kinds of ketones and organic acids,and 1 kind of ether.Therefore,the essential oil of this C.tamala population has a variety of chemical components and has a variety of high-quality chemical types,which has great potential in the screening of improved varieties of Cinnamomum essential oil.
