摘要
介绍了GB/T 40800-2021标准中铸钢件焊接工艺预规程、焊接工艺评定、试件、试件的检验、工艺评定适用范围以及标准的特点和应用。本标准根据我国铸钢件生产过程中补焊的切实需求,结合配套产品技术规范的技术要求,提出了相应的焊接工艺评定的规范要求,为评定施焊单位是否有能力焊出符合相关国家或行业标准、技术规范所要求的焊接接头,提供了统一的评判标准,填补了国内铸钢件补焊工艺评定的空白。
The welding procedure pre-specification,welding procedure qualification,test piece,test piece inspection,application scope of procedure qualification,characteristics and application of the standard GB/T 40800-2021 for steel castings have been introduced.According to the actual demand for repair welding in the production process of steel castings in China,in combination with the technical requirements of the technical specifications of supporting products,the corresponding requirements for welding process evaluation have been put forward,which provides a unified evaluation standard for assessing whether the welding unit is capable of welding the welded joints that meet the requirements of relevant national or industrial standards and technical specifications,and fills the gap in the repair welding process evaluation of steel castings in China.
