摘要
柯灵是中国现代著名的报刊编辑,曾主编过多种有影响的报刊,既做过报道新闻的普通记者,也担任过报刊的领导职务,熟悉报刊工作中采、写、编、评的各个环节,是报刊编辑领域的通才。他在长期的报刊编辑工作中,培养并形成了紧跟时代、贴近生活的报刊功能理念,表现在始终灌注爱国情怀、至少要对读者有益、助力文学初心不改、栏目策划新颖别致、图文并茂形式美观等几个重要方面。他在处理与各方面的关系时,形成了尊重作者落到实处、服务读者鱼水相得、巧妙建构话语空间、阵地意识明确坚定、精心维护编辑权力等具体的操作方式和理念。
Having edited many influential newspapers,KE Ling is a famous newspaper editor in modern China.Besides a common journalist in news reports,he also shoulders leadership responsibilities in newspaper agencies.As an all-round editing expert,he is familiar with all the sections of newspaper compiling:interview,composition,editing and commentary.In his long time newspaper editing,he developed and cultivated newspaper function views to keep pace with the times and be close to life.These views are manifested in important aspects,such as constant conveying patriotism,reader-oriented benefits,assistance to initiative literary practice,novel and unique column designs and artistic combination of texts and pictures.In his skill handling of various relationships,he formed specific operational methods and concepts,namely,due respects to authors,tender services to readers,a clever discourse space construction,a clear and firm position consciousness,and a careful maintenance to editors’authority.
