摘要
受2021年5月31日河北省沧州市黄骅南大港鼎睿石化有限公司原油储罐区爆炸火灾事故的警示,以唐山市石油化工、煤化工等危化品企业为对象,分析危化品企业消防安全现状和灭火救援工作存在的问题。提出加强调研熟悉,深化实战演练;完善联动机制,建强专业力量;建立保障体系,配齐专业装备;创新技法战法,发挥科技优势;强化跨区域增援准备和指挥员队伍建设;完善修订预案,确保实用准确六个方面的对策。
In response to the warning of the explosion and fire accident in the crude oil storage tank area of Dingrui Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.Huanghua,Cangzhou on May 31,2021,this paper analyze the fire protection status and problems of the hazardous chemical companies in Tangshan,and puts forward 6 countermeasures,namely conducting in-depth firefighting drills based on systematic field investigation,establishing linkage mechanism and building a professional team,improving support system with specialized equipment,innovating firefighting techniques and tactics with cutting-edge technologies,strengthening cross-region collaboration and building up command capacity,improving response plans to guarantee accurate application.
