摘要
当前,刑事犯罪出现诸多新变化、新特点,给侦查工作带来严峻挑战,革新侦查模式、提升侦查工作效能势在必行。而人工智能技术在侦查应用中已显现出良好效果。在此背景下,通过对人工智能视域下智慧型侦查模式的内涵、特征等进行研究,对人工智能在侦查领域应用的现状进行评估,提出构建和推进智慧型侦查模式应遵循的侦查理念、指导原则及实践路径,以期推动侦查工作跨越式发展。
Today’s crime shows many new changes and new characteristics,which bring serious challenges to the investigation work.It has become an inevitable choice to innovate the investigation mode and improve the efficiency of investigation work.The application of artificial intelligence technology in investigation results in positive effect.In this context,this paper studies the connotation,characteristics of intelligent investigation mode,evaluate the current application status of artificial intelligence in the field of investigation and proposes the investigative concepts,guiding principles and practical paths that should be followed in the construction and promotion of an intelligent investigation model,in order to promote the leap-forward development of investigation work.
