摘要
在充分合理的假设条件下,以中药材的近红外和中红外光谱数据为参考,利用Spss数据探索工具包进行光谱数据的整合细化,绘制出不同波数下吸光率的完整图像,进而利用聚类分析法,结合所求指标(方差、峰度、偏度等)鉴定药材种类共计10种,并对不同药材所对应的产地进行了精确分析。结果表明,中药材之间、产地之间都具有显著的差异性。
Under the condition of fully reasonable assumption,in traditional Chinese medicinal materials in near infrared and infrared spectrum data for reference,using the Spss data exploration toolkit for the integration of spectral data refinement,map out the absorbance of the complete image under different wave number,then clustering analysis method,combining with petitions index,variance,kurtosis and skewness)identification of medicinal materials altogether 10 species,The corresponding origin of different medicinal materials was analyzed precisely.The results showed that there were significant differences between Chinese medicinal materials and regions of origin.
