摘要
传感器径向安装测量转子轴向位移时转子被测面上需要加工台阶,在这种情况下考虑了边缘磁路的常规电感解析计算式已经不再适用。针对上述问题,将磁路的气隙磁场划分成了多个不同形状的磁通管,分别推导出各磁通管的磁导解析计算式,通过磁通管的并联关系得到整个气隙磁场的磁导解析计算式。有限元仿真结果和试验验证结果均表明本文推导的解析计算式在传感器量程范围内具有比较好的准确性。
When the axial displacement of the rotor is measured by radial installation, steps need to be machined on the measured surface of the rotor. In this case, the conventional inductance analytical formula considering the edge magnetic circuit is no longer applicable. In view of the above problems, the air gap magnetic field of the magnetic circuit is divided into a plurality of flux tubes with different shapes, and the analytical formula of magnetic permeability of each flux tube is derived, and the analytical formula of magnetic permeability of the whole air gap magnetic field is obtained through the parallel relationship of the flux tubes.The results of finite element simulation and experimental verification show that the analytical formula derived in this paper has good accuracy in the sensor range.
