摘要
聚丙烯酸酯水性涂料生产与应用过程中会产生大量难于生化处理的废水,采用酸析将聚丙烯酸酯水性涂料固废(PPSW)提取出来的方法处理该废水,并对提取物的结构进行了剖析。结果表明:在废水pH为0.5,固体质量浓度为2406.00 mg·L^(-1)时,PPSW提取率可达97.70%;PPSW中含有丰富的酯基和适量的羧基,PPSW可能是由2.00%(质量分数)的甲基丙烯酸、2.43%(质量分数)的丙烯酸甲酯、28.07%(质量分数)的丙烯酸乙酯、39.97%(质量分数)的丙烯酸丁酯、26.17%(质量分数)的苯乙烯和1.36%(质量分数)作为交联剂的N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺通过乳液聚合制备而成。
The production and application of polyacrylate water-based paint will generate a large amount of wastewater which is difficult to biochemically treat.In this paper,acid precipitation was used to extract the polyacrylate water-based paint solid waste(PPSW)to treat the wastewater.The results showed that when the wastewater pH was 0.5 and the solid content was 2406.00 mg·L^(-1),the extraction rate of PPSW could reached 97.70%.The structure of the extract was analyzed.The results showed that PPSW was rich in ester groups and appropriate carboxyl groups.PPSW might be composed of 2.00%(mass fraction)methacrylic acid,2.43%(mass fraction)methyl acrylate,28.07%(mass fraction)ethyl acrylate,39.97%(mass fraction)butyl acrylate,26.17%(mass fraction)styrene,and 1.36%(mass fraction)N,N-methylenebisacrylamide as a crosslinking agent.
