摘要
为及时有效地检测钢结构桥梁高强螺栓的疲劳损伤,以钢桥普遍使用的10.9S级M30高强螺栓为研究对象,采用相控阵超声对高强螺栓人工刻槽模拟疲劳裂纹进行了检测,对比分析了检测端面、损伤程度和损伤位置对疲劳裂纹损伤识别的影响。试验结果表明,以螺栓尾端作为检测面能有效减少疲劳损伤的漏检和误检,检测精度高于螺帽端作为检测面的情况;相控阵超声对大于1 mm的人工刻槽裂纹缺陷具有良好的检测精度,能够识别出螺栓夹持长度内不同位置的损伤,且损伤定位相对误差在7%以内。
In order to detect the fatigue damage of high-strength bolt in steel bridge in time and accurately, the fatigue crack simulated by manual grooving damage in 10.9 S grade M30 high-strength bolt commonly used in steel bridge were detected by phased array ultrasonic technique. The effect of end face under detection, damage degree and damage location on fatigue crack damage identification were studied. The test results showed that using screw thread end as detection face could effectively reduce the undetected rate and miscalculation, and the detection accuracy is better than that of another end. The phased array ultrasonic has a good detection accuracy for the manual grooving damage greater than 1 mm in bolt holding length, and could identify the damage location with the relative positioning error within 7%.
