摘要
数字时代下的协同创新逻辑、组织基础与价值增效机制受到冲击,促使主体间组织架构与创新生态需要重塑。为了紧扣数字时代发展机遇,响应数字时代多主体价值共创新特征与新挑战下的协同创新治理需求,在全面梳理数字化情境下的协同创新理论基础与研究进展基础上,构建“前因—组织变革—运行机制”的数字化情境下协同创新理论框架,并提出:数字时代创新逻辑的变化、驱动的升级与价值的挖掘共同驱使协同创新活动的发起;数字化情境下协同创新活动的组织变革包括通过企业开放构建学习型组织、通过平台共生促进组织共享共益,及通过生态共演强化组织韧性。并且,从主体、平台与生态三个层面探寻动力生成机制,从战略、业务流程、管理三个层面构建全面协同机制。亦提出“政府引导支持、用户深度融入、高校科研院所智供、金融等其他机构辅助”的多元协同保障机制与角色定位体系。
Digital technology is deeply integrated with innovation subjects and embedded in collaborative innovation process, which profoundly changes the innovation logic and collaborative relationship. In digital context, innovation activities have a greater degree of transboundary in time, space, organization and industry, innovation process involves the cross-layer interactions, more subjects and more complex, innovation results also present a greater risk and unpredictability. All these point to the need to reshape organizational framework and logical paradigm for innovation management in the digital context.In order to closely follow the development opportunities of the digital era and respond to the collaborative innovation governance needs under the characteristics of multi-agent value co-creation and new challenges in the digital era, the theoretical framework of collaborative innovation in the digital era of "antecedent-organizational reform-operational mechanism" was constructed on the basis of a comprehensive review of the theoretical basis and research progress of collaborative innovation in the digital era. Based on this, the future research on the antecedents of collaborative innovation,multi-agent collaboration and collaborative innovation management is prospected, aiming to promote the further development of collaborative innovation research in the digital context.Based on a comprehensive review of research progress on collaborative innovation in digital context and a retrospective comparison with traditional collaborative innovation, the connotation and denotation of collaborative innovation in digital context, as well as the new challenges and features brought by collaborative innovation, are proposed. Based on this, a theoretical framework of collaborative innovation in digital context is constructed and proposed as follows: In the digital context, the change of innovation logic, the upgrading of driving force and the mining of value jointly drive the initiation of collaborative innovation activities;The
