摘要
社区是为居民提供精准化、精细化服务的基础性空间,直接影响人民群众对新型城市智慧化建设的体验感和获得感。广州市《基于CIM的智慧社区建设、运营及评价技术指引(试行)》的发布,将指导、引领本市新建和改扩建社区的智慧化建设,同时通过对运营过程及管理目标的量化监管及落地性服务评价,确保了设计、建设、运营的闭环管理及标准统一问题。
Community is a basic space that provides residents with accurate and refined services,which directly affects the people's sense of experience and access to the smart construction of new cities.The release of the"Technical Guidelines for the Construction,Operation and Evaluation of Smart Communities Based on CIM(Trial Implementation)"in Guangzhou will guide and lead the intelligent construction of new construction and renovation and expansion communities in this city.At the same time,it ensures the closed-loop management and standard unification of design,construction and operation through quantitative supervision and landing service evaluation of the operation process and management objectives.
