基于3D摊铺技术的路面基层施工精度研究

摘要 为提高道路工程路面施工数字化与智能化水平,解决传统摊铺技术在路面基层施工精确度低、尺寸指标控制差的问题,以黑龙江省哈肇高速建设项目为依托工程,采用徕卡(Leica)3D摊铺智能控制技术,开展现场试验点应用研究。结果表明:与传统摊铺技术相比,3D摊铺技术在摊铺厚度、纵断面高程及横坡度方面的施工精确度有显著提升,有效提高了基层摊铺控制质量与作业效率。 In order to improve the digitization and intellectualization of road engineering in pavement construction and solve the problems of low accuracy and poor control of size index of the traditional paving technology in pavement base construction, this paper, based on the Zhaoqing expressway construction project in Harbin, Heilongjiang province, where the Leica 3 D paving intelligent control technology was adopted, conducted application research of field test points. The research results showed that compared with the traditional paving technology, 3 D paving technology has significantly improved the construction accuracy in terms of paving thickness,vertical section elevation and cross slope, which effectively improved the control quality and operation efficiency of base paving.
