摘要 某水利工程输水隧洞采用顶管技术施工,为查明顶管外壁回填灌浆填筑质量,采用探地雷达法进行无损检测。对雷达图像进行滤波处理并分析其特征,识别了顶管外壁钢板的反射信号,将其作为标志层标定了电磁波波速,分析了各种雷达异常的特点及代表的缺陷类型,对部分异常进行了钻孔取芯和孔内全景数字成像验证,与雷达判定结果较吻合。探地雷达法在本次检测中取得了较好的效果,研究成果可供类似工程质量检测参考。 The pipe jacking technology is used for the water conveyance tunnel of a water conservancy project.The ground penetrating radar method is used for non-destructive testing to inspect the backfill grouting quality of the outer wall of jacking pipe.The radar image is filtered and its characteristics are analyzed.The reflected signal from the steel plate outside the jacking pipe is identified and used to demarcate the electromagnetic wave velocity as a marker layer,and the characteristics and representative defect types of various radar anomalies are analyzed.Some anomalies are verified by drilling and panoramic digital imaging of bore-hole,which are in good agreement with the results of ground penetrating radar.The ground penetrating radar method achieves good results in this inspection,and the research result can be used as a reference for similar projects.
