基于文本挖掘的我国食品安全事件特征分析 被引量:2

摘要 食品安全事件特征分析有利于从总体上了解食品安全风险特点,从而制定针对性的防控措施,为食品安全监管提供保障与支撑。基于收集的5354个食品安全事件,运用文本挖掘方法提取每个食品安全事件中的食品种类、危害因素、责任单位、污染源环节等特征,共现分析结果表明:在食品种类中,风险较高的依次是肉及其制品、水果蔬菜等、乳及其制品;在污染源环节中,风险较高的依次是生产加工环节、销售环节、食用环节;在危害因素中,风险较高的依次是其他污染、食品添加剂;在责任单位中,风险较高的依次是企业/公司、商场超市、小作坊。同时进行了4组关联规则分析,分别为:食品种类、责任单位、污染源环节、危害因素一组,监管者、监管者行为一组,责任单位、责任单位处罚一组,受害者、受害者行为一组,分别得到59、3、2、0条规则,并提出对应的防控对策建议。 The analysis of the characteristics of food safety incidents is conducive to understanding the characteristics of food safety risks in general,so as to formulate targeted prevention and control measures to provide guarantee and support for food safety supervision.Based on the collected 5354 food safety incidents,the text mining method was used to extract the characteristics of food types,hazard factors,responsible units,pollution sources,etc.in each food safety incident.The type of meat and its products is the highest risk food type followed by fruits and vegetables and dairy and its products.The link between production and processing is the highest pollution source link followed by the sales link and edible link.The factor of other pollution is the highest risk hazard factor followed by food additives.The unit of enterprises/companies is the highest risk responsible unit followed by shopping malls and supermarkets and small workshops.Four groups of association rules were analyzed.The first group is composed of food types,responsible units,pollution sources,and hazard factors.The second group is composed of supervisors and the behaviors of supervisors.The third group is composed of responsible units and punishments of responsible units.The fourth group is formed by the behavior of the victim and the victim.59,3,2,and 0 rules are obtained respectively,and corresponding prevention and control countermeasures are proposed.
