摘要
采用微量热技术,对金属有机骨架化合物(MOFs)的合成进行指导并优化合成条件,合成了5-Br间苯二甲酸与过渡金属离子Cu^(2+)的金属有机骨架化合物[Cu_(3)(Br-bdc)_(2)(Br-Hbdc)_(2)(Phen)_(2)]_(n)(简写为Cu-MOF,分子式中的Br-H_(2)bdc为5-溴间苯二甲酸,Phen为1,10-邻啡罗啉)。通过元素分析、红外光谱分析、热重分析,对其结构进行了表征,利用X射线单晶衍射仪测定了晶体结构。分析结果表明,Cu-MOF属三斜晶系,是一维(1D)链状结构分子。热重(TG)曲线显示,温度低于200℃时Cu-MOF的热稳定性较好。探讨了Cu-MOF对甲基紫溶液的吸附特性,配合物对甲基紫溶液的吸附量随甲基紫初始浓度的增加及温度的升高而增加,pH为4~6时,随pH的增加及离子强度的增加,吸附量减少。等温吸附和动力学分析结果表明,晶体吸附甲基紫溶液符合Freundlich吸附模型,属于准二级动力学模型。
The metal-organic framework compound[Cu3(Br-bdc)2(Br-Hbdc)2(Phen)2]n(Cu-MOF,Br-H2bdc=5-Br-m-phthalic acid,Phen=1,10-endorphin)of 5-Br-m-phthalic acid and transition metal ion Cu2+was synthesized by optimizing the synthesis conditions based on microcalorimetry.The structure was characterized by elemental analysis,IR and TG.The crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffractometer.The analysis results showed that the Cu-MOF belonged to triclinic crystal system and 1D chained molecule.The TG curve showed that Cu-MOF had better thermal stability when the temperature was lower than 200℃.The adsorption properties of Cu-MOF on methyl violet were studied by spectrophotometry.The results revealed that the adsorbing capacity of the complex increased with the increase of the initial concentration of methyl violet solution and temperature.When pH=4~6,the adsorption decreased with the increase of pH and ionic strength.The results of isothermal adsorption and kinetic study showed that the adsorption of methyl violet solution accorded with Freundlich adsorption model and belonged to quasi-second-order kinetic model.
