摘要
论述LC-NE系统对记忆的促进作用以及作用机制.LC-NE可以在海马中促进新颖记忆的形成,并且可以通过促进海马尖波涟漪,长时程增强和长时程抑制促进记忆巩固,此外,对记忆提取和提取后的再巩固阶段也可以产生促进作用.LC-NE还可以协调其他的大脑结构,包括杏仁核和前额叶皮层共同对记忆产生影响.总结前人的研究,作者推测,LC-NE对记忆的影响体现在多个方面,涉及不同的层次、不同的维度和不同的方式.未来关于LC-NE对记忆的研究可以通过LC-NE对engram的直接影响进行探讨,此外还需要关注注意以及情绪等其他认知在LC-NE对记忆影响中的调节作用.
This article mainly discusses the promoting effects and mechanism of LC-NE system on memory.LC-NE not only can promote the formation of novel memories in the hippocampus,but also can enhance memory consolidation by facilitating hippocampal sharp wave ripples,long-term potentiation and long-term inhibition.In addition,it can also boost memory retrieval and the re-consolidation after retrieval.LC-NE can also coordinate other brain structures,including the amygdala and prefrontal cortex to exert joint influence on memory.Summarizing previous studies,we believe that the effects of LC-NE on memory are reflected in many aspects,involving different levels,different dimensions,and different ways.Future research regarding LC-NE on memory can be explored from the perspective of the direct influence of LC-NE on engram.Moreover,the regulatory role of attention,emotions and other cognitions in the effects of LC-NE on memory need to be paid attention to.
