摘要
随着中国人口老龄化,城市规模进一步扩大,在深化医药卫生体制改革得到有效推进的新形势下,如何保障医学继续教育管理工作有序开展,是目前医学发展亟待探索和解决的问题。文章主要分析新形势下医院继续医学教育的现况和存在的问题,并结合海军军医大学附属长海医院实际,提出一系列保障高质量医学教育提供的对策和措施,启动“医院继续医学教育平台”,组织进行现有继续医学教育系统模式改进,合理利用慕课课程等在线电子学习平台资源,促使教学形式多元化、个体化,丰富继续医学教育形式和内容,不断深化学分制改革,加强学分管理队伍建设和监督考核机制,促进继续医学教育的转型发展。
Facing the population aging,accelerated urbanization and the new situation of further reform of the medical and health care system,how to ensure the orderly development of medical continuing education management is an urgent problem to be explored and solved in the current medical development.The paper mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of hospital continuing medical education under the new,puts forward a series of countermeasures and measures to ensure the provision of high-quality medical education,starts the“hospital continuing medical education platform”,and organizes the improvement of the current continuing medical education system model,make rational use of online e-learning platform resources such as MOOC,promote the diversification and individualization of teaching forms,enrich the forms and contents of continuing medical education,constantly deepen the reform of chemical scoring system,strengthen the construction of credit management team and supervision and assessment mechanism,and promote the transformation and development of continuing medical education.
