摘要
以铁皮石斛生态栽培为材料,以郁闭度、树种为2因素设计试验,研究了不同郁闭度不同树种处理对仿生移栽生长以及多糖含量的影响。结果表明:不同郁闭度0.5、0.7、0.9对于成活率的影响存在差异;不同树种之间差异极小;新芽生长的影响和成活率较为类似;根数、茎节数、叶片数在郁闭度0.5和郁闭度0.7条件下较为接近,和郁闭度0.9存在显著性差异;郁闭度0.9情况下,生长较为旺盛。通过对于多糖的测定,发现9个处理之间的多糖含量差异较小,不存在显著差异的情况。
In this paper,Dendrobium officinale bionic cultivation points were used as experimental materials,and the effects of different canopy densities and different tree species on the growth and polysaccharide content were studied.Taking the ecological cultivation of D.officinale as the material,the effects of different canopy densities and different tree species treatments on the growth and polysaccharide content of bionic transplanting were studied with canopy density and tree species.The results showed that:from the experimental and statistical results,there were differences in the effects of different canopy density 0.5,0.7 and 0.9 on vitality.There were few differences between different tree species.The effects of bud growth and survival rate were similar.The root number,stem node number and leaf number were relatively close under the conditions of canopy density of 0.5 and 0.7,and there was significant difference between them and canopy density of 0.9.The canopy density is 0.9;the growth is more vigorous.Through the determination of polysaccharide,it was found that the difference in polysaccharide content among the nine treatments was small,and there was no significant difference.
