摘要
本文从我国海洋垃圾治理存在的问题出发,梳理了日本在海洋垃圾治理方面相关的法律与政策,指出了日本海洋垃圾治理方面对我国的启示,提出了我国在海洋垃圾治理方面值得借鉴的地方,并给出了相应的建议。本文旨在以法律、政策的规制,规范并加强大众的环保意识,维护海洋生态良性发展。
This paper examines Japan’s laws in the field of marine litter management, describes Japan’s specific single-line laws in marine litter management, and presents implications from Japan’s marine litter management. This paper suggests strengthening the coordination of laws and regulations, formulating more targeted laws and policies for marine litter management, clarifying the main body of marine litter governance, improving strict regulatory system based on legislation, and so on.
