摘要
目的探讨血清半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)与系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者疾病活动度及并发狼疮性肾炎(LN)的关系。方法选取2019年9月—2021年2月收治的SLE 127例作为SLE组,另选取同期体检的健康志愿者50例作为对照组。根据SLE患者是否合并LN分为LN组84例和非LN组43例。收集患者的一般资料,记录SLE疾病活动度指数(SLEDAI)评分,检测血清Gal-3水平。结果SLE组中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素(BUN)及血清Gal-3水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。LN组NLR、Cr、BUN、SLEDAI评分及血清Gal-3水平高于非LN组(P<0.01)。SLE患者血清Gal-3与NLR、Cr、BUN、SLEDAI评分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。受试者工作特征曲线分析显示,血清Gal-3可辅助评估SLE患者并发LN。结论SLE患者血清Gal-3呈异常高表达,且其表达水平与患者疾病活动度有关,血清Gal-3可辅助评估患者并发LN的情况。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum galectin-3(Gal-3)and disease activity and concurrent lupus nephritis(LN)in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods In total,127 SLE patients admitted from September 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the SLE group,and 50 healthy volunteers undergoing physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.According to presence of SLE combined with LN,they were divided into LN group(n=84)and non-LN group(n=43).General data of patients were collected,SLE disease activity index(SLEDAI)score was recorded,and serum Gal-3 level was detected.Results The neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR),creatinine(Cr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum Gal-3 levels in SLE group were higher than those in control group(P<0.01).NLR,Cr,BUN,SLEDAI scores and serum Gal-3 levels in LN group were higher than those in non-LN group(P<0.01).Serum Gal-3 was positively correlated with NLR,Cr,BUN and SLEDAI scores in SLE patients(P<0.05).Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis showed that serum Gal-3 could be used to assist in the evaluation of SLE patients complicated with LN.Conclusion The serum Gal-3 expression in SLE patients is abnormally high,and its expression level is related to the patient's disease activity.Serum Gal-3 can be used to assist in the evaluation of SLE patients complicated with LN.
