摘要
为了实现对飞机电源试验台电气参数测试系统计量校准的需求,研制了一种以STM32微控制器为核心,用于校准飞机电源试验台电气参数测试系统的基准电压信号源.该基准电压信号源能够输出范围为±10 V,最小步长为0.019 mV,量化误差为9.5μV,且幅值可调的高精度电压信号.实验测试结果表明,基准电压源能够输出幅值、周期持续时间和波形参数都满足校准要求的信号.由该基准电压信号源构成的校准设备不仅能够满足飞机电源试验台电气参数测试系统测量准确性和溯源性的计量校准要求,还能够大幅提升飞机电源试验台电气参数测试系统的校准效率.
In order to meet the needs of measurement and calibration of the electrical parameter test system of the aircraft power test bench,the reference voltage signal source for calibrating the electrical parameter test system of the aircraft power test bench with STM32 as the core is developed.The reference voltage signal source can output the voltage signal which has high-precision and adjustable amplitude with a range of±10 V,a minimum step size of 0.019 mV,and a quantization error of 9.5μV.The experimental test results show that the reference voltage source can output signals which can meet all the calibration requirements of the amplitude,the period duration and the waveform parameters.The calibration equipment composed of the reference voltage signal source can not only meet the measurement calibration requirements of the accuracy and traceability of the measurement results of the electrical parameter test system of the aircraft power test bench,but also can greatly improve the calibration efficiency of the electrical parameter test system of the aircraft power test bench.
