摘要
目的探讨针对性护理对慢性宫颈炎患者的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月至2021年9月收治的慢性宫颈炎患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理。分析比较两组患者的生活质量、护理有效率、满意度。结果观察组患者睡眠质量、生理功能、心理功能、社会功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理对慢性宫颈炎患者的应用效果较佳,可显著提高患者治疗有效率和满意度,并改善其生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing in treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic cervicitis from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The control group was conducted with routine nursing,and the observation group was conducted with targeted nursing.Quality of life,effective rate of nursing and satisfaction degree were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The quality of sleep,physiological function,psychological function and social function in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 82.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing is effective in treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis,which can significantly improve the therapeutic efficiency and satisfaction degree of patients,and improve their qualities of life.
