Effects of nutritional intervention during pregnancy on pregnancy outcomes and neonatal conditions

摘要 目的探讨孕期营养干预对妊娠结局及新生儿状况的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2020年8月在本院产检并成功分娩的98例孕妇作为研究对象,按孕期干预方法的不同分为两组。对照组49例孕妇仅接受常规孕期检查,观察组49例孕妇在对照组基础上接受孕期营养干预,观察并比较两组孕妇妊娠结局和新生儿免疫功能状况。结果观察组孕妇自然分娩率高于对照组,妊娠期高血糖、妊娠期高血压、产后出血的发生率和剖宫产率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组新生儿免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组新生儿免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕期营养干预有助于改善妊娠结局,且对孕妇健康及胎儿正常发育具有积极促进作用,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effects of nutritional intervention during pregnancy on pregnancy outcomes and neonatal conditions.Methods From March 2019 to August 2020,98 pregnant women underwent prenatal examination and successfully delivered in author’s hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the different intervention methods during pregnancy.The 49 pregnant women in the control group only received routine examination during pregnancy,and 49 pregnant women in the observation group received nutritional intervention during pregnancy on the basis of the control group.The pregnancy outcomes and condition of neonatal immune function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The natural delivery rate of pregnant women in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence rates of hyperglycemia during pregnancy,hypertension during pregnancy and postpartum hemorrhage as well as cesarean section rate were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of neonatal immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)between the two groups(P>0.05);the levels of neonatal immunoglobulin G(IgG),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional intervention during pregnancy can help to improve pregnancy outcomes,and has a positive role in promoting maternal health and normal fetal development,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
