摘要
目的 探讨宫外孕患者术后采用心理护理对其焦虑状态的影响。方法 选取60例宫外孕患者,根据抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用心理护理。对比两组护理效果。结果护理前,两组患者自卑感、夫妻感情顾虑、担心影响后期妊娠及他人评价顾虑因素评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组自卑感、夫妻感情顾虑、担心影响后期妊娠及他人评价顾虑因素评分均低于护理前,且观察组患者低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为90.00%,明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 宫外孕患者术后采用心理护理干预,可明显缓解患者焦虑负面情绪,且提高护理满意度,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on anxiety state of patients with ectopic pregnancy after operation.Methods 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of inferiority complex,marital concern,fear affecting late pregnancy and others’ evaluation concern factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of inferiority complex,marital concern,concern about influencing late pregnancy and others’ evaluation concern factors in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and differences were statistically significant(P0.05).After nursing,the SAS score of the two groups was lower than that before nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 66.67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for patients with ectopic pregnancy after operation can significantly alleviate patients’ anxiety and negative emotions,and improve nursing satisfaction,which has clinical application value.
