摘要
目的 在符合法规要求,确保数据可溯源,财务可监管的前提下,解决临床试验中受试者检验检查及药物费用减免流程繁琐的问题.方法 基于医院现有的HIS系统,设计受试者检验检查及药物费用减免系统并进行应用.结果 该系统在不改变研究者原有工作流程的前提下,可对受试者相关费用进行实时减免.结论 该系统成本低,研发时间短,操作便捷,实现了受试者费用减免过程的全程网络管理,有利于项目经费核算,节约了管理成本,提高了工作效率,特别适用于新机构,值得推广.
Objective To solve the problem of reducing subjects'inspection and drug fee in clinical trials under the premise of compliance with regulatory requirements,ensure the data traceability and financial supervision.Methods Based on the system of HIS in hospital.design and apply the reduction system to reduce subjects'inspection and drug fee.Results The system can provide real-time reduction of subject-related expenses without changing the investigator's original work process.Conc lus ion The system is low in cost,short in development time and convenient operation,realizes the entire network management of the subject's fee reduction process,which is conducive to project fund accounting,saves management cost and improves work efficiency.especially suitable for new institutions and worthyof promotion.
