电力设备六氟化硫快速充气装置设计应用

摘要 针对传统SF_(6)快充装置携带装备多、结构复杂、充气时间长和实用性较低的不足,设计基于快插式气体快速接头的SF_(6)快速充气装置,对接头、管路和箱体三方面进行结构分析改进,经广泛调研对改进后的SF_(6)快充装置提出标准化、程序化的充气流程,经实际应用验证了该装置的有效性和适用性。 In view of shortages of the traditional SF_(6) fast charging device,such as it carries many equipment,complicated structure,long aeration time and low practicability,a type of SF_(6) fast charging device based on fast plug-in gas quick connector is designed in this paper;then,structural analysis and improvement of the joint,pipeline and box body are conducted.After extensive research and investigation,a standardized and programmed charging process for the improved SF_(6) fast charging device is proposed;and then the effectiveness and applicability of the device are verified through the practical application.
