摘要 盐穴型储气库是调峰重要手段之一。从功能上,属于输气站场,其输送介质是天然气。由于天然气是一种易燃易爆的能源物质,在高压状态下,管道或站场设施一旦发生破裂,气体泄漏混入空气中,极容易造成爆炸和大范围火灾,因此,盐穴型储气库安全状况不容忽视。随着国内外建设储气库节奏的加快,急需形成盐穴型储气库风险评价方法体系,为制定盐穴型储气库风险管理提供理论依据,找出消除事故隐患的措施,减少事故发生,从而建立安全的天然气输送环境,保障人生财产安全。 As an important means of peak regulation,the salt cavern gas storage belongs to the gas transmission station in terms of function,and its transmission medium is natural gas.Because natural gas is a flammable and explosive energy substance,under high pressure,once the pipeline or station facility is ruptured,the gas leaks into the air,which is very likely to cause explosions and large-scale fires.Therefore,the salt cavern type gas storage The security situation cannot be ignored.With the acceleration of the construction of UGSs at home and abroad,it is urgent to form a risk assessment method system for salt cavern UGSs,to provide a theoretical basis for formulating risk management of salt cavern UGSs,to find out measures to eliminate hidden dangers of accidents,and to reduce accidents.The possibility and severity of the accident consequences,so as to establish a safe natural gas transportation environment and ensure the safety of life and property.
