摘要
多项实践研究证明以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)和以案例为基础的教学法(CBL)在提升教学品质、促进教学改革、优化人才培养等方面均起至关重要的推动作用。结合药学专业学生实际,对生物化学课程的重要模块“氨的代谢”内容进行教学方法改革,从教材、学情、教学目标、教学过程、教学评价五个方面详细阐述了PBL联合CBL教学模式的必要性、实施过程及实施效果,为生物化学教学体系的优化创新提供依据。
A number of practical studies have proved that problem-oriented teaching method(PBL)and case-based teaching method(CBL)play a vital role in improving teaching quality,promoting teaching reform,and optimizing talent training.Based on the actual situation of pharmacy students,this paper reforms the PBL combined with CBL teaching method of the important module “ammonia metabolism” of biochemistry course,and elaborates the teaching mode of PBL combined with CBL from the five aspects of teaching material,learning situation,teaching goal,teaching process and teaching evaluation.The necessity,implementation process and implementation effect of the study provide a basis for the optimization and innovation of the biochemistry teaching system.
