摘要
目的 分析胰岛素泵治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 选取80例妊娠期糖尿病患者,以随机数字法分为常规组(40例,常规多次皮下胰岛素注射治疗)和研究组(40例,胰岛素泵持续皮下输注治疗),对比分析两组患者临床各项指标。结果 与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者血清空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)以及平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)、日间血糖平均绝对差(MODD)水平均明显降低,且研究组低于常规组;研究组血糖恢复正常时间短于对照组,总胰岛素使用量低于对照组;研究组不良妊娠结局发生率为2.50%,低于常规组的17.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 娠期糖尿病患者以胰岛素泵进行控糖治疗能够有效降低血糖水平,且血糖水平波动更小,从而有效降低妊娠期糖尿病患者不良妊娠结局发生可能。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of insulin pump in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and randomly divided into the routine group(40cases, treated with multiple subcutaneous insulin injections) and the research group(40 cases, treated with continuous subcutaneous insulin pump infusion), and the clinical indicators of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with before treatment, serum fasting blood glucose(FPG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG), glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc), mean blood glucose fluctuation range(MAGE), and mean absolute difference(MODD) decreased in the two groups after treatment, and the research group was lower than the routine group;the recovery time of blood sugar in the research group was shorter than that in the routine group, total insulin use was lower than the routine group;the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the research group was 2.50%, which was lower than 17.50% in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In gestational diabetes patients, the use of insulin pump for glucose control treatment can effectively reduce blood glucose levels, with less fluctuation in blood glucose levels, thereby effectively reducing the possibility of adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.
