摘要 为了研究横隔板变形对曲线钢箱梁桥焊缝细节疲劳应力的影响,以某三跨连续钢箱梁高架桥为背景,建立正常横隔板和变形横隔板的钢箱梁模型,针对横隔板分别与U肋、腹板加劲肋、底板开口肋连接焊缝3处细节,研究横隔板变形对各细节应力影响面和最不利工况下应力状态的影响,对比面内、外应力对各细节疲劳损伤的贡献。结果表明:横隔板变形对横隔板-腹板加劲肋细节和横隔板-底板开口肋细节应力影响范围和最不利位置影响显著,并且会导致各疲劳细节的拉应力和压应力有较大增幅,相对于正常横隔板而言更容易产生疲劳损伤;横隔板变形会导致各细节面外应力占比增大,促使面外应力成为各连接焊缝疲劳损伤的主要因素。 An existing three-span continuous box girder viaduct is used as a case to study the impact of diaphragm deformation on the fatigue performance of welding details of curved steel box girder bridges.The study focuses on three types of welding details,including the welding joints of diaphragms and U ribs,the welding joints of diaphragms and web stiffening ribs,and the welding joints of diaphragms and base plate open ribs.The impact of diaphragm deformation on the stress influential plane of different welding joints and stress condition under the most adverse loading cases was analyzed.The influence of in-plane and out-of-plane stresses on fatigue performances of these three types of welding details was investigated.The results show that diaphragm deformation has significant impact on the stress influential scope and the most adverse locations,when it comes to the welding details of the diaphragms and web stiffening ribs as well as the welding details of diaphragms and base plate open ribs.In addition,the tensile and compressive stresses in the three types of welding details with deformed diaphragms show sign of notable increase,which are more prone to fatigue damage than with normal diaphragm.Diaphragm deformation can cause the enlargement of out-of-plane stress proportion in these welding details,consequently,the out-of-plane stresses are propelled to be the main cause of fatigue damage of the welding details.
