摘要 为研究周边建筑物对天然气管道泄漏扩散的影响,基于计算流体力学(CFD)软件,在不同风速下对封闭式建筑群内天然气管道泄漏扩散过程进行了数值模拟,探究封闭式建筑群内天然气管道的泄漏扩散特性。结果表明:建筑物作为天然的障碍物,导致风场绕流时在建筑物背风面及建筑群空腔区域内形成湍流涡,影响天然气管道的泄漏扩散特性;在天然气管道泄漏初期,建筑群空腔区域内,气流顶端绕行形成的反向封闭涡旋导致天然气气云在建筑群空腔区域内积聚;在天然气管道泄漏后期,建筑群与风场作用下流场运动对天然气气云产生积聚作用;小风速条件下,天然气气云随风向向下风口扩散,而在大风速条件下,绕流形成的涡团规模逐渐增大,其产生的卷吸作用导致天然气气云整体在建筑区附近发生下沉。因此,当天然气管道泄漏事故发生时,根据风速条件和泄漏源附近的居民建筑物分布情况,可以判断事故的主要影响区域及其严重程度,从而制定合理的应急预案。 In order to study the influence of surrounding buildings on the leakage and diffusion of natural gas pipelines, based on CFD software, the leakage and diffusion process of natural gas in enclosed buildings was numerically simulated under different wind speeds to study the leakage-diffusion characteristis of natural gas in enclosed buil-ding complex.The results show that buildings, as natural obstacles, cause turbulent vortices to form on the leeward side and in the cavity area of buildings, and affect the leakage and diffusion characteristics of natural gas.In the initial stage of natural gas leakage, in the cavity area of the building complex, the reverse closed vortex formed by the top of the gas flow leads to accumulation of the natural gas cloud.In the late stage of natural gas leakage, the flow field movement under the action of buildings and wind field has an accumulation effect on the natural gas cloud;under the condition of low wind speed, natural gas diffuses with the wind to the downward tuyere, while under the condition of high wind speed, the scale of vortex formed by the flow around gradually increases, and the entrainment causes the natural gas cloud to sink near the building area.In general, when a natural gas pipeline accident occurs, the main affected areas and the severity can be judged according to the wind speed conditions and the distribution of residential buildings near the leakage source, based on which a reasonable emergency plan can be established.
