摘要 为了分析喷射混凝土强度的影响因素及增长规律,针对速凝剂掺量、养护温度及砂率进行了三因素三水平的正交试验,测试了不同条件下的喷射混凝土1、28 d抗压强度,进行了参数敏感性分析,研究了龄期、养护温度及速凝剂掺量对喷射混凝土抗压强度的影响,并分析了综合因素作用下的强度发展规律。结果表明:速凝剂掺量对喷射混凝土后期强度影响最为显著,养护温度次之,砂率对其影响最小;抗压强度同龄期呈较好的指数关系增长,与温度和速凝剂掺量大致呈二次函数增长;速凝剂掺量对抗压强度的影响与龄期密切相关;以龄期、温度、速凝剂掺量为变量,给出了喷射混凝土抗压强度增长特性拟合方程。 To investigate the influence factors and the law of development for shotcrete strength,the orthogonal experiments for three factors and three levels of 1 d and 28 d compressive strength under different conditions were conducted.The compressive strength of shotcrete was measured for different content of accelerator,curing temperature and ratio of sand to coarse aggregate by weight.The sensitivity of these parameters was analyzed.The influence of curing age,curing temperature and content of accelerator were analyzed on the compressive strength of shotcrete,and the law of strength development is analyzed under the comprehensive factors.The results show that the content of accelerator has the most significant effect on the long-term strength of shotcrete,followed by curing temperature,and the sand coarse aggregate ratio has the least effect on it.The compressive strength increases exponentially with age,and roughly increases quadratically with the temperature and the content of accelerator.The influence of content of accelerator on compressive strength has significant relationship with curing age.Taking age,temperature and content of accelerator as variables,the fitted equation of compressive strength growth of shotcrete is given.
