摘要
基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA仿真平台,通过二元光学衍射及调整激光冲击时的各种参数值,探究激光冲击7050铝合金表面时方形光斑诱导残余应力的规律。结果表明,与圆形光斑相比,采用方形光斑可有效改善冲击表面中心残余应力缺失问题,但整体残余应力值偏小;在一定范围内方形光斑冲击7050铝合金表面产生的残余应力值与激光功率密度和脉宽呈正相关趋势,且残余应力洞现象明显;33%,50%,66%激光冲击搭接率下材料表面残余应力表现出良好的均匀性,但最大残余压应力和中心位置残余压应力之间的差值变化不大,这说明二元光学衍射光斑在冲击7050铝合金时无需搭接处理。
Based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA simulation platform,through binary optical diffraction and adjusting various parameters during laser shock,the law of residual stress induced by square spot on 7050 aluminum alloy surface was explored.The results show that,compared with the circular spot,the square spot can effectively improve the central residual stress of the impact surface,but the overall residual stress value is smaller;In a certain range,the residual stress value produced by square spot impacting 7050 aluminum alloy surface has a positive correlation with laser power density and pulse width,and the residual stress hole phenomenon is obvious;At 33%,50%and 66%laser impact lapping rates,the residual stress on the surface of the material shows good uniformity,but the difference between the maximum residual compressive stress and the residual compressive stress at the central position does not change much,which indicates that there is no need to lap joint when the binary optical diffraction spot is impacted on 7050 aluminum alloy.
