摘要
在追求经济效益与产业快速提升的同时,人身伤害事件也层出不穷,其中部分事故的发生不但暴露出了经营与管理部门在人身风险管理与防范机制方面存在的漏洞和不足,还暴露出监管不力、制度不完善等问题。因此,如何在休闲体育产业快速、健康、稳定发展的同时,不断完善人身风险管理机制与监督制度,保障群众的人身安全是推动产业可持续发展的重要问题。
In the pursuit of economic benefits and the rapid improvement of the industry at the same time,personal injury incidents also emerge in endlessly, some of them not only exposed the operating and management departments in the personal risk management and prevention mechanism of the existing loopholes and deficiencies, but also showing poor supervision, institutional dysfunction and other problems. Therefore, it is important to promote the sustainable development that how to develop the leisure sports industry in a fast, healthy and stable way with the personal risk management mechanism and supervision system to ensure the personal safety of the masses.
