摘要
“双增政策”的提出及实施,为农村学校体育的发展提供了新契机。通过对农村学校体育发展进行新的思考,旨为在新政策、新挑战下,农村学校体育如何应对新的政策环境,寻找新方案、新路径提供参考。研究表明:我国农村学校体育发展的主要矛盾已成为人们日益增长的优质教育需求和不平衡不充分的教育发展之间的矛盾。推行“双减双增”政策为农村学校体育发展提供了良好的外部基础,同时也出现了各种新矛盾,需要有新的思考。农村学校体育需要师资力量的“新血液”、学生的“新动力”、社会力量的“新融入”、学校领导及相关部门的“新自省”、自然资源的“新统筹”等路径,才能促进农村学校体育的新发展。
The proposal and development of“Double Increase”Policy provide a new opportunity for the development of rural school physical education. This paper gives new thoughts on the development of rural school physical education under the new policy and new challenges,and provides some suggestions for how to deal with the new policy and seek new solutions and new paths for rural school physical education. The research shows that the main contradiction of physical education development in rural schools in China has become the contradiction between people’s growing demand for high-quality education and unbalanced education development. School physical education in rural areas needs new blood of teachers,new motivation of students,new integration of social forces,new introspection of school leaders and related departments,and new overall planning of natural resources,so as to promote the new development of school physical education in rural areas.
