摘要
针对化学工业生产过程中冷却循环水系统特点及运行方式,提出了AI节能控制方案以取代传统的恒定供水压力和供水温度的控制,在满足冷却需求的前提下,AI节能控制方案降低循环水系统年运行能耗达30%。
Aimed at the characteristics and operation mode of the cooling circulating water system in the chemical industry production process, an AI energy saving control scheme is proposed to replace the traditional control of constant water supply pressure and water supply temperature. On the premise of meeting the cooling demand, the AI energy saving control scheme reduces the annual operation energy consumption of the circulating water system by 30%.
