摘要
数字经济与经济高质量发展的协调发展有助于建设数字丝绸之路,也是构建新发展格局的必然要求。截取2013-2019年“丝绸之路经济带”沿线九省份的数据,计算出数字经济与经济高质量发展的综合指数,并分析二者及子系统的耦合协调关系和空间关联效应。研究发现,“丝路”沿线九省份的数字经济及经济高质量发展水平均呈波动上升态势,两个系统之间的耦合协调度呈良性协调发展趋势;数字经济与经济高质量发展耦合协调度时空分异特征显著,呈现西南高、西北低的空间格局;全局存在显著的空间依赖性,局部只有重庆和陕西表现为高-高型集聚区,新疆在2016年和2019年低-低区域类型显著。据此,提出四点针对性的对策建议。
The coordinated development of digital economy and high-quality economic development is con-ducive to the construction of the digital silk road,and is also an inevitable requirement for the construction of a new development pattern. The paper intercepts the data of nine provinces along the "Silk Road Economic Belt" from 2013 to 2019, calculates the comprehensive index of digital economy and high-quality economic development, and analyzes the coupling coordination relationship and spatial correlation effect of the two and their subsystems. It is found that the digital economy and high-quality economic development level of the nine provinces along the "Silk Road" are fluctuating and rising, and the coupling and coordination be-tween the two systems are in a benign and coordinated development trend. The spatial and temporal charac-teristics of the coupling and coordination degree between digital economy and high-quality economic devel-opment are significant, showing a spatial pattern of high in the southwest and low in the northwest;there are significant spatial dependencies globally. Only Chongqing and Shanxi are high - high cluster areas in some areas. Xinjiang has a significant low - low regional type in 2016 and 2019. Above all, the author puts forward four targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
