摘要
目的:观察孟鲁司特钠联合鼻喷糠酸莫米松治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年3月泉州市儿童医院收治的OSAHS患儿50例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组给予鼻喷糠酸莫米松治疗,观察组给予孟鲁司特钠联合鼻喷糠酸莫米松治疗,比较2组患者治疗疗效、血气指标、炎性因子指标、不良反应等差异。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗疗效显著高于对照组,观察组血气指标PO、LSpO水平显著高于对照组,ODI、AHI显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组CRP显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),比较不良反应发生率,组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:临床治疗儿童OSAHS可用孟鲁司特钠联合鼻喷糠酸莫米松治疗,能更好地控制机体血气指标、炎性因子指标,提高治疗的安全性,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray on children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:A total of 50 children with OSAHS admitted to Quanzhou Children’s Hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nasal spray of mometasone furoate,and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with nasal spray of mometasone furoate.The therapeutic effect,blood gas index,inflammatory factor index,adverse reactions and other differences between the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the levels of blood gas indicators POand LSpOin the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and ODI and AHI were significantly lower than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the CRP in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Menelukast sodium combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray can be used in the clinical treatment of OSAHS in children,which can better control the indexes of body blood gas and inflammatory factors,improve the safety of treatment,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
