摘要
目的:探究叙事护理干预应用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤手术患者的效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年9月至2021年9月福建省泉州市联勤保障部队第910医院收治的腹腔镜子宫肌瘤行手术治疗的患者110例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。观察组采用叙事护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者气管插管拔除时间、早期下床活动时间以及平均住院时间均少于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者VAS、HAMD、HAMA以及PSQI评分均优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:叙事护理干预在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤手术患者中具有较好的应用价值,采用叙事护理干预的患者在术后恢复效果更好,能够缓解术后焦虑抑郁程度及术后疼痛,改善睡眠质量,有助于其术后康复。
Objective:To explore the application and sleep quality evaluation of comfortable nursing intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery.Methods:A total of 110 patients who underwent surgical treatment for uterine fibroids who were admitted to 910 Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method.The control group received traditional routine nursing care,the observation group was treated with comfortable nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,with 55 cases in each group,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:The observation group was less than the control group in terms of tracheal intubation removal time,early ambulation time and average hospital stay,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the observation group was better than the control group in VAS,HAMD,HAMA and PSQI scores(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant study meaning.Conclusion:Comfort nursing intervention has good application value in patients with laparoscopic uterine fibroids surgery.Patients who use comfort nursing intervention have better postoperative recovery effect after surgery and can relieve postoperative anxiety and depression and postoperative complications.Pain level improve the sleep quality of patients,and help patients with postoperative recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
