摘要
目的:研究李氏虎符铜砭刮痧对更年期失眠症患者的睡眠质量和生命质量的效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2021年12月中山市中医院收治的更年期失眠症患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用口服中药治疗,观察组在口服中药治疗的基础上予以李氏虎符铜砭刮痧。观察2组患者的睡眠质量、生命质量、负面心理状态、中医证候积分、不良反应等。结果:治疗后,观察组患者睡眠质量、生命质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组负面心理状态评分以及中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应1例,对照组不良反应2例。结论:在针对更年期失眠症进行治疗时,通过李氏虎符铜砭刮痧治疗具有更为显著的临床效果,患者睡眠质量得到改善,生命质量明显提高,负面心理状态得到消除,并具有良好的安全性。
Objective:To study the effect of Li’s Hufu copper needle scraping on sleep quality and quality of life in patients with climacteric insomnia.Methods:A total of 60 patients with climacteric insomnia admitted to Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with oral Chinese medicine,and the observation group was treated with Li’s Hufu copper needle scraping on the basis of oral Chinese medicine.The sleep quality,quality of life,negative psychological state,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the scores of sleep quality and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The negative psychological state score and TCM syndrome score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions occurred in 1 case in the observation group and 2 cases in the control group.Conclusion:In the treatment of climacteric insomnia,Li’s Hufu copper needle scraping has more significant clinical effect,the quality of sleep and life is significantly improved,the negative psychological state is eliminated,with good safety.
