摘要
为了深刻汲取塔山8234综放工作面停采期间发生的煤层自燃事故教训,通过对工作面停采及发火经过进行事故分析,得出事故的主要原因是工作面顶板破碎导致停采支护困难,注入大量有机高分子粘接材料后形成蓄热环境,诱发煤体氧化自燃;同时,提出了工作面停采期间煤层自燃治理方案以及防范对策,为同类型工作面停采期间的火灾预防提供参考。
In order to deeply learn a lesson from coal seam spontaneous combustion accident during the mining halt at 8234 fully-mechanized caving face in Tashan Colliery,by analysis of stoppage and ignition process at the working face,the author concludes that the main reason of the accident is the broken roof which leads to the difficulty of stoppage support and a heat storage environment is formed because of the injection of a large amount of organic polymer bonding materials,which induces the oxidation and spontaneous combustion of coal;and puts forward the control scheme and preventive countermeasures,which provides a reference for the fire prevention during the mining stoppage in the similar working faces.
