摘要
通过分析大学生思想政治教育协同育人存在的问题及原因,结合青岛农业大学实际工作,构建了“党建引领、导师多维、校内强化、校外联动、文化涵养”五位一体的,融组织、教学、管理、服务、实践、文化协同体系相互贯通,学校社会家庭校内外联动多维协同,全方位、多角度、立体化的大学生思想政治教育协同育人机制。
Based on adequate analysis of the problems and causes of the moral and political education in colleges and taking into account of the relevant practice experiences in Qingdao Agricultural University,this paper has proposed a “Five-in-One” coordinated moral and political education system,which is an integration of the CPC leadership,diversity in advisors,strengthened on-campus management,coordinated action with off-campus elements and enriched cultural education.It is a comprehensive,omni-directional and multi-dimensional system combining organization,teaching,management,service,practice and culture.These elements are interconnected and well-coordinated,mobilizing and coordinating many aspects,including those of the university,the society,and students’ families.
