透析中卧位体操对维持性血液透析患者疲乏及创伤后成长水平的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Recumbent Gymnastics Exercise on Fatigue andPost-Traumatic Growth in MHD Patients During Dialysis

摘要 目的 观察透析中卧位体操锻炼对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者透析后疲乏(PDF)及创伤后成长(PTG)水平的影响。方法 选取长期透析且并发PDF的终末期肾病患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组各30例。对照组予常规血液透析治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上进行卧位体操锻炼,每周3次,治疗12周。比较2组治疗前后Piper疲乏量表评分、创伤后成长量表(PTGI)评分和临床疗效。结果 治疗后,2组Piper疲乏量表评分均低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组PTGI总分及各维度得分均高于治疗前,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率为93.33%高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论 在常规血液透析治疗基础上,透析中卧位体操锻炼能够有效改善MHD患者的PDF,提高患者PTG水平。 Objective To observe the clinical effects of recumbent gymnastics exercise on post-dialysis fatigue(PDF)and post-traumatic growth(PTG)in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods Sixty patients with end-stage renal disease complicated by PDF were given routine hemodialysis alone(control group,30 cases)or in combination with recumbent gymnastics exercise(observation group,30 cases)thrice a week for 12 weeks.Piper Fatigue Scale scores,PTG Inventor(PTGI)scores,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The Piper Fatigue Scale scores decreased in both groups after treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total score of PTGI and scores of each dimension increased in both groups after treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Recumbent gymnastics during dialysis can effectively improve PDF and PTG in MHD patients.
