联合管理在提升医疗设备效能方面的探讨

摘要 医疗设备引进时若论证不充分或日常管理制度不健全、监管缺失、维修不及时,都会导致闲置或提前报废。该研究通过分析现有医疗设备单向管理导致的末端落实不到位情况,探讨医学工程科与设备使用科对医疗设备进行联合管理,即建立多部门共同参与的医疗设备需求联合论证、联合管理、联合监督、联合互动等制度机制,使设备需求购置精准、管理制度规范、制度落实到位,以降低设备故障率,提升设备使用效能和使用周期,进而降低使用成本,显著提升经济效益。 If the introduction of medical equipment is not fully demonstrated or the daily management system is not perfect,supervision is lacking,and maintenance is not timely,it will cause idleness or early scrapping.This paper discusses the joint management of medical equipment by the medical engineering department and the equipment use department,and establishes a joint demonstration,joint management,and joint demonstration of medical equipment needs with multi-department participation by analyzing the lack of end-toend implementation caused by the one-way management of existing medical equipment.Institutional mechanisms such as supervision,joint interaction,etc.,make the purchase of equipment needs accurate,the management system is standardized,and the system is put in place,so as to reduce the equipment failure rate,improve the use efficiency and service cycle of the equipment,and then reduce the use cost and significantly improve the economic benefits.
