摘要
中国公路经过近40年的高速发展,已形成完善的国家公路网络。随着我国大力发展中西部地区经济,部分地区现有公路网络难以满足交通快速增长需求,尤其是相当一部分二级公路存在线型标准差、路面病害多、承载能力低等问题,亟待进行改扩建,而旧路面的升级改造既是施工难点,又是质量控制要点。该文结合亳州市G105线一级公路(古井产业园至泗许高速入口段)改建工程的施工实际,从施工准备、旧路面处理、新路面结构层施工等方面进行分析,阐述公路路面升级改造施工过程中的技术要点和施工经验。
After nearly 40 years of rapid development,China's highway has formed a perfect national highway network.With the vigorous development of the economy in the central and western regions of China,the existing highway network in some areas is difficult to meet the needs of rapid traffic growth,especially a considerable number of secondary highways have some problems,such as linear standard deviation,many pavement diseases,low bearing capacity and so on.It is urgent to carry out reconstruction and expansion,and the upgrading of the old pavement is not only a difficult point in construction,but also a key point in quality control.Based on the construction practice of the first-class highway reconstruction project of G105 line in Bozhou City(the entrance section from Gujing Industrial Park to Sixu Expressway),this paper analyzes from the aspects of construction preparation,old pavement treatment,new pavement structure layer construction and so on,this paper expounds the technical key points and construction experience in the construction process of highway pavement upgrading.
