摘要
目的:探讨鼻咽癌放疗患者接受“互联网+”健康教育路径的效果。方法:将昆明医科大学第三附属医院放射治疗科于2020年3月-2022年5月收治的患者作为研究对象,将2021年12月-2022年2月符合标准的79例患者纳入对照组给予常规健康教育;将2020年3-5月符合标准的80例患者纳入干预组给予“互联网+”健康教育路径。观察临床护理效果。结果:两组患者护理后癌因性疲乏评分均高于护理前,且干预组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者健康总知晓率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组放疗第8次、放疗第16次、放疗第22次、放疗第30次、放疗后180 d张口受限程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻咽癌放疗患者接受“互联网+”健康教育路径,可改善其癌因性疲乏程度,并提高患者健康知识认知度,张口受限程度也得到显著缓解。
Objective: To explore the effect of the Internet+ health education pathway for patients with nasopharyngeal cancerradiotherapy. Methods: The patients who were admitted to the radiotherapy department of a Grade-A tertiary oncology hospitalfrom March 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects, 79 eligible patients from December 2021 to February 2022 wereincluded in the control group and received routine health education;80 eligible patients from March 2020 to May 2020 wereincluded in the intervention group and received Internet+ health education path. The effect of clinical nursing was observed.Results: After nursing, the cancer fatigue scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the intervention groupwas significantly higher than the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The total health awareness rateof patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05). At the 8th radiotherapy, 16th radiotherapy, 22nd radiotherapy, 30th radiotherapy and 180 days afterradiotherapy, the limitation of mouth opening in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Internet+ health education pathway for patients with nasopharyngeal cancerradiotherapy can improve their cancer fatigue degree, increase their health knowledge awareness, and significantly alleviate themouth-opening limitation.
